The Republicans are about to get down to business in Tampa, one day later courtesy of Tropical Storm Isaac.

Now the GOP faces the possibility of being upstaged if Isaac revs up into a hurricane as it takes dead aim at New Orleans, which is still coming to grips with the destruction wreaked by Katrina.
