For the second straight year, the pride of Upper Darby was snubbed in the voting.

Let's just say I would make the argument that you could put 'The Runt's' body of work up against any of them.
There's a lot of debate about whether the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has veered away from its name, that today it is more of a Music Hall of Fame, as opposed to a pure rock genre.
The second straight slight to Rundgren will do nothing to tamp down that belief.
