Call me a Phanatic: A look at the ups and downs of being a Philadelphia sports fan.Umpires are at their best when you don’t notice them. That has not exactly been the case for the Phillies the last two nights. On consecutive nights, they’ve seen manager Charlie Manuel and slugger Ryan Howard get the heave-ho. The Phils lost both games.
