3:40 p.m.: We;ve got some updated turnout numbers. Larry Kane was just on KYW saying his sources are putting the turnout in Philly as light to moderate, likely in the neitghborhood of 39-39 percent.
That's not good news for Joe Sestak. He was banking on a big number in the city to overcome his gap in the polls against Repubican Pat Toomey. Add onto that word that turnout is reported heavy in the Lehigh Valley, Toomey's home turf. In addition to the U.S. Senate race, there is a heated Congressional race there, driving people to the polls.
On Sestak's home turf in Delco, turnout is being forecast at about 47-48 percent, a little less than that in Montgomery County.
