Flyers vs. Bruins, again

Here we go again.

Think the Boston Bruins might have a little bit of revenge on their mind?

The Bruins and Flyers will hook up once again in Round 2 of the Stanley Cup Eastern Conference Playoffs, starting Saturday afternoon at the Wells Fargo Center.

The Bruins beat the Canadiens last night to earn the trip to Philly.

The Bruins had the Flyers in a 3-0 hole last year, only to see the Orange and Black pull off one of the most improbable comebacks in NHL history.

After pulling even in Game 6, the Flyers fell behind 3-0 in Game 7 in Boston. Never fear. Had 'em right where they wanted them. The Flyers rallied for the win.

The teams will play Saturday and Monday in Philly, before heading to Boston for games Wednesday and Friday, then returning to Philly for a Game 5 Mother’s Day tilt if necessary.

If necessary? I think you can pretty much bank on it. Look for this one to go seven.

Of course the bigger question likely will be the over/under on how many goaltenders Peter Laviolette will use in the series.

Is John Vanbiesbrouck still available? Garth Snow?

Make it Flyers in 7.
