To the victors belong the spoils... Let us all hope that Mayor-Elect Linder and his colleagues will succeed. If they do, maybe Chester will escape the memories of the last time a Deomocrat was elected Mayor, Barbara Bohannan-Shephard. There surely cannot be anyone who would say that transition resulted in success...
