The tough-talking top cop in Upper Darby is urging residents and motorists to chill out.
“The idea is to make our community a better place to live by deciding that when someone upsets us, we willl pledge to keep our anger under control before it escalates into something we are not proud of.”
Police and township officials will be handing out fliers this morning urging people to keep their anger in check. Good idea.
