Hard lessons in the Corbett budget
Here’s the bottom line on Gov. Tom Corbett’s budget, which he delivered yesterday.
It includes no new taxes. Good news, right? Absolutely.
So what’s the bad news? If you are planning to go to college, especially if you are looking to attend one of the state-affiliated schools.
Bottom line? They are all going to cost more. That means Temple, Penn State, West Chester and Cheyney.
