That’s what police in Upper Darby want to know. This is a composite of the man described by victims in five recent luring attempts and and cases where a suspect exposed himself to teens in the Drexel Hill neighborhood.
Let’s help get this guy off the street.
He is described as a heavy-set white male in his 50s, with brown hair and salt-and-pepper facial hair. In most of these instances he was driving a blue or green minivan.
