Another come-from-ahead loss for Flyers

Raise your hand if you got a little nervous when the Flyers bolted out to a 2-0 lead last night in their Game 4 matchup with the Devils?

Yeah, I thought so.

For some reason, this team seems to play much better when they’re coming from behind. Well, they have their wish. Now they are one win away from being eliminated.

You can read the full story here.

This started with the Pittsburgh series. The Flyers would routinely fall behind, then roar back for the win.

Not many experts believed the Flyers were going to beat the Pens.

Then again, after the Flyers rolled through that first series, most people expected them to have their way with the Devils. It hasn’t worked out that way.

Last night after taking that quick 2-0 lead, the Flyers promptly watched the Devils reel off four unanswered goals.

The result? They must win Tuesday night to extend the series.

And who would have thought that while the Flyers are the brink of extinction, the Sixers would be on the brink of eliminating the No. 1 seed Chicago Bulls.

Yes, the Bulls have been decimated by injuries, first to All-Star guard Derrick Rose, and now center Joakim Noah, but the Sixers have clearly stepped up their game as well.

They can now take the series with one more win. And there’s more good news as well. Because the NBA reseeds after each series, they will not face the Heat in Round 2 should they advance. Instead, they’ll get the winner of the Celtics-Hawks series.
