There is joy in the lower end this morning, in the wake of yesterday's formal announcement that ConocoPhillips will sell its shuttered Trainer refinery to Delta Air Lines. Bottom line?Jobs, lots of them, coming back to Delaware County in the form of a fully operational refinery.
