Early numbers show heavy turnout in Delco

1 p.m.: We're starting to get our first feel of the numbers in terms of turnout here in the county. Not surprisingly, it's being reported as heavy. In the Westbrook Park section of Upper Darby, there were more than 200 voters by mid-morning, or as one poll worker commented, more than they sometimes get all day. Click here for the story.
