There was big news in two eastern Delaware County school districts yesterday.
Last night in Upper Darby, a big crowd turned out to see the school board roll out this year's budget. Home owners already knew that taxes were going up, but they wondered if music and the arts were once again going to be facing the ax.
They actually got some good news.
Over in William Penn, the news was not as good. Students, staff and the community are on edge after arson fires and a series of bomb threats rocked Penn Wood High School. Now there is a $15,000 reward for info on the cases.
You can read about that one here.
