A Delco victim in Philly building collapse

As usually happens in these instances, there is a Delco connection in the tragedy of the Philly building collapse.

We learned late last night that one of the victims was from Darby.

Borbor Davis, 68, worked for the Salvation Army, located in the building next door to the structure that collapsed. It is believed he was working in the basement of the building, which was buried in the debris from next door when it crumbled.

Last night his wife, Maggy, described her husand as "very quet and kind. He goes to work every day, he never misses a day."

Read more here, and get the details on the miracle of the woman pulled alive from the rubble after being buried for 13 hours here.
