Today’s Upper: Kudos to Brian Corson. He's the Chester man who put on a program warning of the dangers of opiates last night in conjunction with the Delaware County Sheriff's Department. Corson had his problems and is now leading the fight on the new scourge that is taking a big toll on the county and region.
