'Live From the Newsroom' tackles high school football and GameTimePa

In case you missed it while celebrating the long Labor Day weekend, we have kicked off another high school football season.

And we have a special new treat for our online readers. Our award-winning high school coverage now has a new home. It's called  GameTimePa. You'll still get all the usual coverage in our print edition, but we now have an even better online home for high school sports.

Not only will you be able to find all the results from every Delco high school sport there, you'll also be able to keep tabs on neighboring schools in Chester, Montgomery, Lancaster, and York Counties as well.

The site is full of videos, photo galleries and more stats than you can shake your whistle at.

To celebrate, our live-stream Internet show, 'Live From the Newsroom,' tonight will offer a special high school football kickoff show.

We'll answer all your questions about GameTimePa with high sports writers Matt Smith and Matt Chandik.

We'll also be joined by our special guest Troy Brooks, head football coach at Penn Wood High. They've made some news of their own when they had to overcome the latest incident at the school. Someone broke into their storage room at Kerr Field and stole a bunch of their equipment. But the community rallied to the side, and the Patriots still took the field for their opener last Friday, which they dropped to West Chester East.

Our double Matts also will preview the season and offer some fearless predictions.

We'll be live tonight at 7! Join us at DelcoTimes.com.
