Don't hold your breath waiting for property tax reform.
The Pennsylvania House of Representatives, which doesn't seem to do much of anything in a hurry, couldn't wait to shoot down the reform plan yesterday.

The House voted 138-59 to reject the plan that would have increased the sales and personal income taxes and do away with the state's basic building block for education funding, the property tax.
We will contact our local reps today to find out how they voted.
