Here's today's sports dilemma?
Who do you think will have more wins at the end of October? Craig Berube or Chip Kelly?
Berube got a win in his debut last night as the man behind the bench for the Flyers. An 0-3 skid to start the season took Peter Laviolette from the hot seat to the guillotine. He's out, Berube's in. He can thank Steve Mason for last night's initial entry in the win column. The Flyers got both their goals in the first period, then Mason made it stand up with 33 saves to preserve a slender 2-1 margin.
In the meantime, Kelly and the Eagles sit at 2-3 in first place in the NFC Least, with several winnable games left this month, starting Sunday in Tampa.
I'll give the edge to Berube, especially if he keeps getting that kind of stonewall performance from his goaltenders.
