Somehow I think we'll survive this snow

The local TV stations really have no shame.

That's because there is a four-letter word in the forecast, and it's not rain.

Yes, one station actually was out at the salt yards last night making sure all was ready for what appears to be the first snow of the season.

Well, it's now 7:45 a.m., and it hasn't arrived in beautiful downtown Primos yet.

It apparently is snowing out in Chester County, and of course the TV stations now all have people dispatched to the Poconos to alert us that is in fact snowing.

Hey, I can't blame them.

This time of year, this is all pretty harmless stuff.

It's later in the season, when they start sounding the alarms for a big storm that never arrives, that really gets under my skin.

I have been saying for some time now that whey they are doing has serious economic ramifications, but no one seems to listen to me.

So, at least for this morning, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

And let the TV stations rejoice.

In the meantime, here's your forecast. Warning, the big problem today is that it is going to get seriously cold this afternoon, maybe the coldest temps of the season.

But don't panic. We're supposed to warm up again for the weekend, with temperatures pushing close to 60. Here's what the National Weather Service forecast says:
