If you believe in karma, then you have to love this Eagles team.
Everything is breaking their way.
And we're not the only ones noticing. The red-hot Birds are about to go prime time. Their final home game of the season, on Dec. 22 against the Chicago Bears, has been "flexed" to NBC's prime time Sunday night game. Kickoff will be around 8:30.
In the meantime, Chip Kelly will continue to get the Eagles ready to face the Vikings out in their dome on Sunday. The big question is whether All-Pro running back Adrian Peterson will be in the lineup on Sunday. He injured his foot last week and did not return.
It would only follow the magical run the Eagles have been on. Aaron Rodgers was out of the lineup when the Birds smoked them at Lambeau. Now there is talk he could be back to face the Cowboys in Sunday's 4:15 national telecast.
The Eagles hold the keys to their playoff push. Win three games and they're in. Stumble in either of the next two weeks, and suddenly you're looking at a "winner take all" match vs. the Cowboys in the season finale on Dec. 29.
If that game has playoff implications, it's a pretty good bet that one also could wind up being moved to prime time.
Yep, Chip Kelly and the Eagles have arrived.
