Here's something to soothe the savage beast - otherwise known as winter, which by the way does not arrivce until Saturday.
If you've not ventured out yet this morning, this is fair warning. We've had some more snow. Not really a lot, just enough to cause a mess for your morning commute.
Most of the area roads got a light dusting, enough to make them slick, especially the side roads that were not heavily treated last night.
A reminder on one of the trouble spots in Delco this morning: Route 252 in Upper Providence is closed between Providence Road and Palmers Mill Road because of a crash and car fire.
This now makes four pre-winter storms to hit the region in about a week. And we're actually supposed to get hit with another 'clipper' that give us another coating for the evening rush hour.
But if you hate winter as much as I do, there may be a bright spot in all this.
Think weekend, which just happens to be the last shopping weekend before Christmas.
The are calling for a gradual warm-up this week, into the 50s Friday, the high 50s on Saturday and maybe even 60 degrees on Sunday.
Perfect weather to hit the malls, or maybe that Eagles game Sunday night at the Linc.
