Remember the polar vortex, that weather anomaly that gave us that winter of our discontent last year.
It's back, and hammering the Midwest right now.
It is snowing heavily in many places, including Minnesota.
Here it certainly was chilly this morning, but nothing like they are having out in the Midwest. We dipped under 40 degrees overnight, but we will rally this afternoon as we push close to 60. Tomorrow will be even better with highs in the mid-60s.
Then the temperatures fall off a cliff as the 'vortex' arrives here later in the week.
We actually have a chance at some flurries on Thursday and Friday.
