A suggestion for the Pa. Legislature

I don't make New Year's resolutions.

But I am hoping that the Pennsylvania Legislature does. In particular I hope they resolve to do offer a parting gift to outgoing Gov. Tom Corbett - and Pennsylvani residents.

Specifically I hope they use the lame-duck session to do something I have been asking them to do for years.
