'Live From the Newsroom' tackles the Eagles, NFL Draft

Marcus Mariota. Marcus Mariota. Marcus Mariota. Marcus Mariota. Marcus Mariota.

There, got that out of our system.

If only it were that easy.

We are still two days away from the NFL Draft and 'Marcus Mariota Mania' continues to spread across the region as Eagles fans are on the edge of their seats waiting to see if Chip Kelly can wheel and deal his way from the 20th pick in the NFL Draft Thursday night into a position where he can land the QB he clearly covets.

Kelly brought Mariota to Oregon and has already said he believes he will win 'multiple' Super Bowls.

Why not here?

Well, there are a lot of reasons, not the least of which is how much the Eagles would have to give up to get into position to land Mariota.

We'll talk about all of that tonight on our livestream Internet broadcast, 'Live From the Newsroom.'

I'll be joined by our Eagles beat writer Bob Grotz, columnist Jack McCaffery and local sports radio personality Bill Werndl to talk about Kelly, Mariota, the Eagles and the NFL Draft.

Do you have a question about the Eagles or the draft that you'd like answered?

Email it to me at editor@delcotimes.com.

Then tune in tonight at 7 on DelcoTimes.com.

By the way, Bob's Mock NFL Draft is in the paper today. He does not have the Birds landing Mariota.
