Yesterday I used the blog to sing the praises of the Rev. James Olson, president of Monsignor Bonner-Archbishop Prendergast High School.
He will be leaving the school after six years for a new assignment at Neumann-Goretti High School in Philadelphia. I'm thinking a part of him will always remain in Upper Darby.
The school needed a hero. They got Father Olson.
Mission Accomplished.
I expanded on my thoughts on Father Olson - and the miracle he led in saving the school - on today's editorial page.
I can't think of anyone who deserves it more.
