Call me a Phanatic: A look at the ups and downs of being a Philadelphia sports fan.

Sam Bradford deserves better than he’s getting from this wide receiving corps. They don’t beat press coverage, they don’t go deep and they don’t catch the ball when Bradford puts it on the money.

I Don’t Get It: For some reason Chip Kelly insists on ignoring what looks like his best weapon, running back Ryan Mathews, in favor of ex-Cowboy DeMarco Murray.

Today’s Upper: Kudos to Zach Ertz, the tight end had his best day of the season with five catches.

Quote Box: “The self-inflicted wounds, the drops and the penalties. We had two procedural penalties. We had a drive going and we get a hold. You can’t do that against a good football team against Carolina and expect to beat them.”

- Eagles Coach Chip Kelly after watching his Birds fall to Carolina.
