We used our editorial page today to do something we've been doing a lot of lately - noting the passing of another Delco icon.
Crozer-Keystone Health System isn't going away. But the company that has its roots in Chester under the tutelage of the legendary J. Lewis Crozer is changing hands.
The company likes to refer to it as "partnering." They're being acquired by a for-profit firm, Prospect Medical Holdings Inc.
