Who says nothing ever gets done in Harrisburg?
OK, say it took them awhile - oh, say, nine months - to get a budget in place.
But the Legislature is on the verge of doing something right - and helping a lot of people in need - in legalizing the use of medical marijuana.
The Senate approved the measure yesterday and sent it back over to the House for their final OK.
Gov. Wolf has indicated he will sign the bill if it comes to his desk.
