It's official.
They made history in Darby Township Wednesday night.
The township swore in the first black, female chief of police.
But the most impressive thing about Regina Price was her clear concern for the community.
It was not lost on Price that these are difficult times for law enforcement, especially when it comes to relationships with the community. She put that at the top of the list of things she wants to work on, getting out into the community and strengthening her local ties.
