We used our editorial page voice today to call on the Upper Darby School Board to clear the air concerning Superintendent Richard Dunlap.
All anyone is saying is that he has been on paid leave since July 21, even as rumors have swirled around the district that he has either been terminated or is resigning.
As usual, the void has allowed all sorts of stories to creep into the conversation.
Taxpayers, who happen to pick up the tab for Dunlap's nearly $200,000 annual salary, deserve better. They deserve answers.
