It's going to be a big day for politics in the region.
First, President Obama will be in Philly at a rally to support Hillary Clinton. She won't be there. She was actually supposed to be on a fundraising trip to California but instead has been taking a break after her weekend bout with pneumonia.
Tonight Delaware County will be in the spotlight with a visit from GOP standard-bearer Donald Trump.
He is doing an event at the Aston Community Center. It is not a public event, but the county GOP says Trump actually will be back in the county in the next couple of weeks for a public rally.
Trump is expected to talk policy with invited guests. No doubt he will reinforce his latest push after Clinton lambasted half of his supporters as being in a "basket of deplorables." The next day she regretted the comment. Trump quickly launched a new TV ad slamming her comments.
Then, of course, Clinton had her problems when she was forced to leave the 9/11 ceremony in New York City early after taking ill, and being caught on video stumbling and being helped into her SUV.
Democrats tonight are planning an event in Aston to counter the Trump presence.
We'll be there to bring you the details as the presidential race comes to Delco.
