Who says no one in Harrisburg has a sense of humor?
Obviously they have not met our own Sen. Daylin Leach, D-17, who represents parts of Haverford and the Main Line.
Leach took top honors when it comes to the funnybone in a poll done by the Pennsylvania Legislative Services. His Republican couunterpart Rep. Jeff Pyle of Armstrong County also was honored.
Each year the legislative online research and media service firm polls the folks in Harrisburg and comes up with a list of "the best of Capitol."
