How bad is the heroin problem in the region? 
All you have to do is look at what happened last weekend at a recovery facility in Chester County.
They had two people die of heroin overdoses.
But these weren't clients seeking to shake up the tentacles of addiction.
These were counselors.
So where do we start in attacking this fiend.
