That is the cost of a gallon of gas at the Wawas I drive by each morning on the way to work.

Yes, we are all feeling the effects of Harvey.

But I hope you had a chance to read our Monday story in which we detailed the efforts of several groups around Delaware County to help in the relief effort in Houston.

Among them was the folks at the Providence Animal Center, formerly the Delco SPCA, who drove to Texas to rescue some animals who had been stranded in the flood waters.
