So where is it?
I'm talking about Nor'easter No. 4.
After hearing about it incessantly for days, I'm now wondering what happened to this monster early spring storm that was supposed to paralyze us.
Don't worry, it's coming. The good folks on TV assure me this is merely the lull between the storms.
Part 1 arrived right on schedule on the first day of spring Tuesday, after any icy coating on everyone's free Rita's Water Ice.
I drove home through huge snowflakes the size of marshmallows, which quickly covered Route 352.
Then a funny thing happened.
Not a lot.
Right now the roads appear to be merely wet. It's kind of sleeting at 5:30 a.m., which I am guessing is going to lead to everything being caked in ice.
Round 2 of this Nor'easter is still coming and is expected to bring anywhere from 4-12 inches of snow to the region.
Schools across the region dismissed early Tuesday and are closed today.
Delaware County government also is shut down as the storm approaches.
The snow is expected to start coming down hard mid-morning and pile up several inches per hour right through early evening.
