Here's a scoop: We do.
We have endeavored to offer coverage to every high school graduation in the county. That includes a day when there were six graduations.
I have to admit the Academy Park graduation was my favorite.
Why? Because something special happened there. I know, graduating from high school is special for every student.
But the Academy Park event was special for someone who was not there.
The Class of 2018 remembered a classmate who was not there with them. Jaion Smith was killed in a car crash just about a year ago this week.
He was not forgotten.
