It's been said so many times it almost sounds trite.
Almost.
Freedom isn't free.
Don't believe it? Talk to the folks in Haverford and Upland. They are honoring those who have paid the price for that freedom.
Both towns are erecting banners to honor servicemen and women.
They are calling them Hometown Heroes.
We could not agree more.
