Speed kills.
Just ask state Rep. Jamie Santora and Upper Darby top cop Mike Chitwood.
They've seen the damage on the speedway otherwise known as Township Line Road in Upper Darby.
They want to get slow people down.
They want to use radar to do it.
But for that, they have to bring in the state police, because under state law they're they only ones who are allowed to use radar.
Santora is trying to change that.
