Trump and Republicans are using the uproar over the treatment of Kavanaugh to mobilize their base and perhaps ease what is expected to be a nasty rebuke in the November mid-terms.

Democrats are using outrage over the treatment of Ford and her allegations to push voter turnout.

And it's on to November.
