Delaware County has its own idea of how to celebrate "Giving Tuesday" - they're considering doing something government entities don't often do.
They are toying with the idea of giving some money back to taxpayers.
The county currently is enjoying a budget surplus.
Even after keeping the necessary funds in their surplus account, the county still has some money left in the kitty.
So instead of just stashing it, they are considering a tax cut.
The result could put about $25 bucks back in the pocket of the average taxpayer.
