Anyone remember what we were doing 23 years ago?

So let's see, a huge Eagles' playoff game Sunday and the threat of snow Saturday night into Sunday morning.

Yeah, I'd say it should be an interesting day at local supermarkets Saturday.

Forget the bread and milk. This demands chips, pretzels and Doritos.

Relax, this is not going to be a paralyzing winter storm.

In case you have forgotten what that was like, let me remind you that it was this week in 1996 when we were still digging out from 33 inches of snow that fell on the great Blizzard of 1996.

It started snowing early on Sunday, Jan. 6 and continued all day, ironically while the Eagles were playing the Cowboys in a playoff game.

It did not stop snowing until Tuesday, Jan. 8.

When it was over we were buried under nearly 3 feet of snow.

This storm won't come close to that. In fact, they're now saying we might not see any snow at all.

But just in case, better grab an extra bag of Doritos.

Here's the latest.
