We're still waiting - for snow & Bryce Harper

The wait continues.

We're waiting for the snow.

And Bryce Harper.

Neither has happened yet.

If you're venturing out on the roads, the ride into the office won't be a problem. The ride home could be a different story.

Snow is not expected to arrive in the region until about 10 a.m. Again, this is not Armageddon, it's not even a necessarily big storm. We're not talking about a foot of snow. At most it looks like we may get as much as 5-6 inches in some spots. You'll definitely need the shovel, but we're not going to get buried.

Most schools across the region have already closed for the day.

The variable here - isn't there always a variable? - is that this is expected to change over to rain later this afternoon.

I say we get 4 inches.

In the meantime, you can cross Manny Machado off your lists, Phillies fans. He's signing with the San Diego Pardes. Which only ramps up the urgency on the Phillies to sign Bryce Harper.

So far, nothing new on that front.

So what do you think happens first - we get 6 inches or more of snow, or the Phillies sign Harper.
