Change is coming to the Elwyn campus in Middletown.
And that likely means fewer employees will be arriving there each day.
They actually instead will be making a hike across the bridge to Camden, N.J.
That is where the longtime Delco non-profit will relocate much of its administrative staff. Elwyn is getting nearly $40 million in tax credits from New Jersey economic programs to build a new home on the waterfront.
