Raise your hand if you remember 'In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida'

It is one of those words, those song titles, that immediately transports you back to another time.

"In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida."

If you grew up in the '60s, don't tell me you did not smile.

Kids, if you don't have any idea what I'm talking about, relax, your parents are not once again experimenting with mind-altering drugs.

"In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" was the anthem of a band called Iron Butterfly. They came out Los Angeles and hit it big with this anthem that included this majestic anthem, checking in at a monstrous 17:05, one full side of the LP.

And, of course, it included one of the great drum solos of all time.

Well, Iron Butterfly is back. They are playing the Kennett Flash out in Kennett Square on Thursday, April 4.

Break out the tie-dye.
