A new study unearths some shocking statistics about the plight of the middle class in Delaware County.
Thursday morning the good folks at Public Citizens for Children and Youth will unveil the results of a new study they are calling "Under Water: What's Sinking Families in Delaware County." Research by the child advocacy organization shows some glaring new trends, including the fact that middle-class families making up to $75,000 a year struggling to get by.
The group will present their findings during a special presentation Thursday morning at the Lansdowne YMCA on Garrett Road.
