It's official.
Bryce Harper mania has arrived.
How do I know? He's landed on the front page of the Daily Times.
But not in the way you might expect. The Phillies signed Harper to a $330 million dollar, 13-year deal last Thursday. That is millions as in six zeroes.
And the machines at American Marketing in Clifton Heights have not stopped since.
They make T-shirts, and they have a contract to produce Bryce Harper T-shirts.
They're the hottest things in Delco.
However, I would suggest maybe a sweatshirt or hoodie over that T-shirt. This ain't Clearwater. We might be dreaming of baseball, but we're living with 19-degree temperatures out there this morning.
