Justice delayed - again - for victims of childhood sexual abuse

In Harrisburg, they are taking a new tack in the battle to deliver justice for victims of childhood sexual abuse.

It now looks like once again a serious push is being made to eliminate the statute of limitations for such crimes, as well as expanding to window a victim has to bring civil action against their molester.

These are important changes.

But that will only apply to future cases.

Call it justice delayed.
