Nothing says Collingdale quite like Frank Kelly.
On the Fourth of July, one of those days the longtime mayor treasured, they did not forget.
On the first Independence Day since we lost him, Collingdale named the park in the borough officially as the Frank Kelly Pavillion.
That's what happens when you dedicate your life to the town where you live.
You think Frank Kelly did that.
He only served as mayor for 36 years.
