It's one of the things the people who are living with the Mariner East pipeline in their backyard have been asking for now for more than a year.
They are dissatisfied with the way state agencies and Gov. Tom Wolf have handled the oversight of this billion-dollar project.
They have concerns about their safety, property values, how the pipeline was initially routed, and - after a 'backfire' many residents said was more like an explosion a couple of weeks ago - the lack of a response plan in case of a disaster.
They have repeatedly asked Gov. Wolf to come here, visit the pipeline, and talk to them.
Yesterday, they got their wish.
I get the feeling they probably did not like what they heard.
They again asked Wolf to order a moratorium on pipeline operations until a complete review of the project - as well as a detailed emergency response plan in the case of a disaster - was in place.
Wolf said he understands their concerns.
But he declined to order Mariner East to shut down.
Get all the details here.
