You might say the stuff has hit the fan at DELCORA. In fact, in today's Monday Letter From the Editor, I did just that.
DELCORA handles the county's wastewater. In other words - stuff, in a manner of speaking.
DELCORA last week signed off on a $276 million deal that will see it merge with utility giant Aqua Pennsylvania.
It's raised all kinds of eyebrows.
In the meantime, Chris Franklin, the boss at Aqua, is telling his side of the story. He penned an op-ed that appears today explaining why the DELCORA deal is a good one for everyone involved.

And that doesn't even begin to delve into Aqua's pursuit of another Delco icon, the beloved Chester Water Authority.
That quagmire looks like it is going to be tied up in the courts forever.
